Туберкулез является социально значимым заболеванием как на территории РФ, так и во всем мире. Высокая устойчивость Mycobacterium tuberculosis и высокая токсичность имеющихся химиопрепаратов обуславливают необходимость разработки новых лекарственных препаратов. Лекарственные средства растительного происхождения перспективны для комплексной терапии туберкулеза, могут поддержать ослабленный организм пациента, уменьшить побочное действие химиопрепаратов, укрепить легочную ткань.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Разработать лекарственную растительную композицию для комплексной терапии туберкулеза.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Рассмотрены 14 фармакопейных видов лекарственного растительного сырья и 3 растительные композиции на их основе. Исследования проводились по методикам Государственной фармакопеи РФ XV издания.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. На основании научных данных предложены 3 состава растительной композиции для комплексной терапии туберкулеза легких. Изучено количественное содержание основных групп БАВ (полисахариды, дубильные вещества, флавоноиды и аскорбиновая кислота) в 14 видах лекарственного растительного сырья и 3 составах растительных композиций. Установлен вариант растительной композиции с максимальным содержанием БАВ. Установлено взаимное влияние компонентов на выход БАВ из ЛРС.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработана лекарственная растительная композиция для комплексной терапии туберкулеза, количественно определены в ней основные группы БАВ гидрофильной фракции.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Tuberculosis is a socially significant disease both in the territory of the Russian Federation and worldwide. The high resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the high toxicity of existing chemotherapeutic drugs necessitate the development of new medications. Plant-based medicinal agents are promising for complex tuberculosis therapy, as they can support the patient’s weakened body, reduce the side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs, and strengthen lung tissue.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To develop the plant-based medicinal composition for the complex therapy of tuberculosis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Fourteen pharmacopoeial types of medicinal plant raw materials and three plant-based compositions derived from them were analyzed. The studies were conducted according to the methodologies outlined in the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation (15th edition).</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Based on scientific data, three compositions of plant-based formulations for the complex therapy of pulmonary tuberculosis were proposed. The quantitative content of the main groups of biologically active substances (BAS) – polysaccharides, tannins, flavonoids, and ascorbic acid – was studied in 14 types of medicinal plant raw materials and three plant-based compositions. A plant-based composition variant with the maximum BAS content was identified. The mutual influence of components on the extraction efficiency of BAS from the raw materials was established.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
