Плоды кориандра посевного (Coriandrum sativum L.) и фенхеля обыкновенного (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) семейства сельдерейных (Apiaceae) разрешены к медицинскому применению в виде водных извлечений, при этом стандартизация сырья проводится по содержанию эфирного масла и его компонентному составу, а гидрофильная фракция биологически активных веществ (БАВ) данных видов лекарственного растительного сырья практически не изучена, поэтому ее исследование актуально.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Изучить некоторые группы БАВ гидрофильной фракции плодов кориандра посевного (Coriandrum sativum L.) и плодов фенхеля обыкновенного (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) и их настоев.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Плоды кориандра посевного и плоды фенхеля обыкновенного были приобретены в аптечной сети и соответствовали требованиям Государственной фармакопеи РФ XV издания (ГФ РФ XV). Настои плодов готовились по инструкции, указанной на упаковке. Исследования проводились по методикам ГФ РФ XV.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. В плодах фенхеля обыкновенного (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), плодах кориандра посевного (Coriandrum sativum L.) и настоях, изготовленных из плодов, подтверждено присутствие дубильных веществ, флавоноидов, полисахаридов и свободных аминокислот и определено их количественное содержание. Установлено, что содержание веществ гидрофильной фракции превышает содержание эфирного масла в сырье, но их количество в настоях, приготовленных по инструкции, невелико, и требуются дальнейшие исследования комплекса БАВ в настоях плодов кориандра и плодов фенхеля.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Изучены БАВ гидрофильной фракции плодов фенхеля обыкновенного и плодов кориандра посевного, а также их настоев, показана необходимость дальнейшего, более углубленного исследования с поиском маркерных соединений, обуславливающих фармакологическую активность водных извлечений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The fruits of coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) and fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), of the celery family (Apiaceae), are approved for medical use in the form of aqueous extracts, while the standardization of raw materials is carried out according to the content of essential oil and its component composition, and the hydrophilic fraction of biologically active substances (BAS) of these types of medicinal plant raw materials is practically not studied, therefore, its research is relevant.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To study some BAS groups of the hydrophilic fraction of coriander fruits (Coriandrum sativum L.) and fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) and their infusions.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Coriander fruits and fennel fruits were purchased from a pharmacy and met the requirements of the fifteenth edition of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation. The fruit infusions were prepared according to the instructions on the packaging. The studies were conducted according to the methods of the fifteenth edition of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. In fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), coriander fruits (Coriandrum sativum L.), and infusions made from the fruits, the presence of tannins, flavonoids, polysaccharides, and free amino acids was confirmed, and their quantitative content was determined. It has been established that the content of hydrophilic fraction substances exceeds the content of essential oil in the raw material, but their amount in infusions prepared according to the instructions is low, and further research of the complex of bioactive substances in infusions of coriander and fennel fruits is required.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
