Растения рода Lamium обладают антиоксидантной, кровоостанавливающей, спазмолитической, противовоспалительной и другими видами активности. Их свойства обусловлены содержанием различных биологически активных веществ (БАВ), а именно флавоноидов и гидроксикоричных кислот, в связи с чем целесообразно получать экстракты с повышенным содержанием данных групп БАВ.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Оптимизировать экстракцию флавоноидов и гидроксикоричных кислот из растений рода Lamium по растворителю.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В ходе исследования была использована яснотки белой трава (Lamii albi herba) и яснотки пурпурной трава (Lamii purpurei herba), заготовленные в окрестностях г. Минска в мае 2024 года; яснотки крапчатой трава (Lamii maculati herba) и яснотки зеленчуковой трава (Lamii galeobdoli herba), заготовленые Институтом экспериментальной ботаники им. В. Ф. Купревича Национальной академии наук Беларуси в Волковысском районе в мае 2024 года. Количественное определение проводили спектрофотометрическим методом по реакции с алюминия хлоридом для флавоноидов и по реакции с реактивом Арнова для гидроксикоричных кислот.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. В ходе исследования была проведена оптимизация экстракции флавоноидов и гидроксикоричных кислот из растений рода Lamium по растворителю. Было определено, что наиболее эффективным экстрагентом для извлечения флавоноидов является этанол 100%-й, а для гидроксикоричных кислот – пропанол-2 40%-й.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Установлены наиболее эффективные растворители и их концентрации для экстракции флавоноидов и гидроксикоричных кислот из растений рода Lamium. Результаты исследования дадут возможность извлечь оптимальный объем полезных компонентов из растений рода Lamium, что в дальнейшем поддержит создание лекарственных средств с использованием данного лекарственного растительного сырья.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Plants of the genus Lamium possess antioxidant, hemostatic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and other properties. Their properties are due to the content of various biologically active substances (BAS), namely flavonoids and hydroxycinnamic acids. Therefore, it is advisable to obtain extracts with increased levels of these groups of BAS.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To optimize the extraction of flavonoids and hydroxycinnamic acids from the genus Lamium plants.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. During the study Lamii albi herba and Lamii purpurei herba, collected in the vicinity of Minsk in May 2024, Lamii maculati herba and Lamii galeobdoli herba, collected by the V. F. Kuprevich Institute of Experimental Botany of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in the Volkovysk region in May 2024, were used. Quantitative determination was carried out by spectrophotometric method by reaction with aluminum chloride for flavonoids and by reaction with Arnov reagent for hydroxycinnamic acids.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The study optimized extraction of flavonoids and hydroxycinnamic acids from the genus Lamium plants. It was determined that ethanol 100 % was the most effective extractant for flavonoid extraction, while propanol-2 40 % was the most effective for hydroxycinnamic acids extraction.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The most effective solvents and their concentrations for extraction of flavonoids and hydroxycinnamic acids were established.
